Explicit Consent Text for the Processing of Personal Data

Within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), as amended, I accept, declare and undertake that I give my explicit consent to the collection, recording, processing and storage by EKSAGATE ELEKTRONİK MÜHENDİSLİK VE BİLGİSAYAR SANAYİ TİCARET A.Ş. (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries of all kinds of personal data and special categories of personal data — including those that identify or help identify me — that I provide verbally, in writing and/or electronically, the details of which are given below, within the principles set out in the law:

Categories of Processed Data

• Identity Data: Name-surname, T.R. ID number, nationality, place and date of birth, gender; copies of ID card, driving licence or passport; signature information and tax number.
• Contact Data: Phone number, address, e-mail address, fax number and information such as the IP address accessed via digital channels.
• Physical Space Security Data: Camera recordings taken upon entry to and during stay at Company premises, records taken at security points and (if any) biometric data such as fingerprints.
• Visual and Audio Data: Photographs on the CV, video or audio recordings taken during interviews, and all visual data contained in copies of documents that include personal data.
• Special Categories of Personal Data: Health report, blood type, criminal record and information regarding membership of associations/foundations/unions, processed under the conditions set out in Article 6 of the KVKK, as amended.
• Request and Complaint Management: Personal data shared in processes relating to the assessment of any application, request or complaint directed to the Company.

I freely consent to the processing of such data for candidate research, the conduct of reference-check processes, recruitment assessments and in line with the Company’s legitimate interests. I have been informed that, where the technical infrastructure or cloud services used require the transfer of my data abroad, such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK, as amended (on the basis of adequacy decisions or the appropriate safeguards listed in the Law, in particular standard contracts notified to the Authority).

I am aware that I may withdraw this consent at any time, with effect for the future, by contacting the Company at info@exagate.com or via the registered electronic mail (KEP) address eksagate.elektronikmuhendislik@hs03.kep.tr; the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
